The place was exactly like the jaw-dropping photos - clean, modern, and had all the amenities we needed. The decoration was super cozy and the bathroom mirrors were mind-blowing! Free wi-fi, handicap parking, air conditioning, flat-screen tv, and a lift. No smoking on site.

The bathroom mirrors were great. It's exactly like it appears in the photo. Clean, modern, and has all you need to spend some days there and prepare breakfast or any other meals.
The kitchen was a bit small and lacked space for drying dishes. The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work.

The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos, clean and modern. The bathroom had great mirrors, which were perfect for getting ready in the morning. The location was also a plus, as it was within walking distance to Old Quebec, only taking about 25-30 minutes.
The kitchen was quite small and there wasn't much space to put drying dishes. It would have been nice if there were more culinary items provided, as there was only salt and pepper.

My recent stay at Initial - Suite Joconde - Centre-Ville in Quebec City was fantastic. The suite was exactly as shown in the photos - clean, modern, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The decor was cozy and inviting, and I especially loved the bathroom mirrors. Plus, the price was reasonable for what you get.
There were a couple of downsides to note. The kitchen was a bit small, and there wasn't much space to dry dishes after washing them.

This place is unreal! The photos don't do justice to how clean and modern it is. It has everything you need, including a fully-equipped kitchen to prepare meals. The decor is so cozy and beautifully done, and the bathroom mirrors are mind-blowing. Loved having free wi-fi, handicap parking, air conditioning, a flat-screen tv, and a lift. Plus, it's a smoke-free zone! 15/15 words.

I recently stayed at Initial - Suite Joconde for a few days and it was exactly as advertised in the photos. The hotel was clean, modern, and had everything I needed to prepare meals. The decor was nicely done and created a cozy atmosphere. One thing I loved was the bathroom mirrors, they were fantastic!
